We have then customized this with them to work specifically for our website. Working with Biztech has been a very smooth process and I have developed a great relationship with team members who are available way above and beyond the times expected and will do what they can to work within my hours on the other side of the World!
This was a worry originally but we have managed to make this work almost perfectly, I would 100% recommend them because of this factor alone. Communication is done well through email, skype messages and skype calls, screensharing and documents.

Project Requirements
TrendSetter earlier had a Flash-based online designer tool for their Magento-based store. However, they were looking to upgrade the tool from Flash to HTML. They wanted to enhance the features of the tool and make it more robust and feature-laden to enable customers to design their products by themselves. Brush Your Ideas has a Magento-based designer tool built with HTML. They also wanted to make that designer tool mobile responsive and easily usable across all domains and platforms. Along with that they wanted to streamline the website and have hot folder management.

Outcome
Since TrendSetter integrated the solutions BYI offered, they have witnessed a drastic rise in the overall performance of their online store. The count of weekly orders would be less but since the integration of Magento 2 Product Designer, their count of orders placed per week has gone high. Further, they are now being able to offer a number of products for customers to customize by themselves instead of selling ready-made products. As a result, their overall customer base and satisfaction have also gone up.
