PrintXpand was privileged to participate in drupa 2024, which was held between 28th May and 7th June 2024.
Since it is one of the largest events within the print industry, it was time for us to introduce our innovative products.
Presenting our Web-to-Print, Print on Demand, and Web-to-Print MIS/ERP solutions at Hall 7A, Booth A21 was an honor.
With this recap, we would like to present the event’s true spirit and innovations that made drupa 2024 so special.
Preparing for drupa 2024 was an amazing journey for PrintXpand. The process began with developing objectives and defining all aspects of involvement.
Our team planned the design of our booth and then discussed on each wall which solutions to showcase and where to position our USPs.
We needed our solutions (Web-to-Print, Print on Demand, and Web-to-Print MIS/ERP) to function accurately in order to deliver seamless demonstrations to the guests.
We designed PowerPoint presentations, business cards, flyers, and brochures to show how our solutions could benefit print businesses.
Our team also initiated campaigns on social media such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to increase their reach. These campaigns were intended to inform people about PrintXpand and the solutions that we would offer at drupa.
Promoting our offerings through social media generated excitement and anticipation for the event. Every team member’s dedication ensured our readiness for drupa 2024. Our preparation efforts aimed to make a significant impact at the event.
At drupa 2024, we demonstrated technologies that can improve the printing enterprises we exhibited our new release.
There was significant interest in our Web-to-Print solution, which enables businesses to offer customizable products by allowing customers to design and personalize items online before placing orders.
We also presented our Web-to-Print MIS/ERP solution, which streamlines and automates the entire print business workflow, from order management to production, inventory, and accounting, boosting efficiency and productivity.
Another major attraction was the Print on Demand solution, which enables businesses to sell custom products across a range of categories without any inventory—with order processing and shipping included.
Our experts were at hand to provide more details of these solutions. They explained to visitors how our technology enhances productivity and profitability across various sectors.
People were curious about the latest technologies that could help them streamline their processes. We engaged with industry peers and showed them how our ERP/MIS and web-to-print solutions could help them solve their daily challenges.
Overall, the event was successful as it reinforced our commitment to the innovation of the print market.
